Event Details

Golf Venture presents Putt & Pour at Angel Park Golf Club — a night of competitive putting, food, drinks, cash prizes, and a live DJ. Saturday, November 7.

Schedule

• 6:30 PM — Registration and check-in
• 7:00 PM — Play begins
• 8:00 PM — Post-round food, awards, raffle, and bar

This is played on a dedicated putting course, not a practice green. Real holes, real breaks, real slopes — and the lights stay on. A live DJ runs all night, the bars are green-side so you never have to leave the course for a drink, and the atmosphere is loud, lively, and nothing like a quiet Sunday round.

The Format

Teams of two play 20 holes. Entry is $125 per team and includes food and drink.

You'll play as a foursome — two teams sharing the same holes. Register a foursome for $250 and bring your own second team, or register as a twosome and we'll match you with another team on the night.

Scoring — Best Ball

Both players putt every hole. Mark both balls, hole out, and write down the lower of the two scores. That's your team score for the hole. Add up all 20 holes — lowest team total wins.

Your partner having a bad hole doesn't hurt you. Only the better score counts, so take a run at the hole.

Order of Play

Teams alternate who goes first, switching every hole. The team with the honor putts first — both players on that team putt and mark their balls before the second team starts. Then both players on the second team putt and mark. Once all four balls are marked, whoever is farthest from the hole putts next, and play continues farthest-out first until everyone has holed out.

Out of Bounds

If a ball leaves the putting surface, it's out of bounds. Add one stroke, place your ball in the marked drop area for that hole, and keep playing.

Double Par Max

The worst score you can take on any hole is double par. On a par 2, that's a 4. Once you've hit the max, pick up your ball and move on — no hole can wreck your night, and it keeps play moving for the groups behind you.

After the Round

From 8 to 9, everyone comes together for food, the awards, a raffle drawing, and the bar. Cash prizes: 1st $400 · 2nd $200 · 3rd $100.
